3. The speed and accuracy of the work of the electric scooter repair master depends on the conditions. A convenient workbench, conveniently located tools are the key to professional work.
4. Soldering, which is necessary in 100% of cases when working with electrics, should be done only under special conditions. Contacts soldered «on the knees» fall off very often.
5. Repair of an electric scooter is always coupled with disassembly of an electric scooter. Often bolts become expendable (quality affects …). There are always a lot of consumables in the workshop, there are no spare parts at hand in the «field conditions».
6. Manufacturers of electric scooters currently do not use standardized spare parts. BMS boards can differ not only in voltage, but also in the principle of connection to the circuit (separate, common). I’ve even seen 4 variants of the pads on the Kugoo G-Booster, what can we say about conventional sensors.
7. You are not saving time or money on the arrival of the master. A good master repairs several electric scooters a day, the average price of eliminating one breakdown is 1,500 rubles. Will a good master come to you to fix one breakdown? Or how much will he charge for the job?
